Channel Pro Manager remains fully committed to protecting your privacy at all times. This privacy policy explains how any Personal Data that you provide to us or that we collect from you will be used. Please read this information carefully to fully understand how we treat Personal Data.

Please read this policy together with the End User Licence Agreement for Channel Pro Manager. When you access or use Channel Pro Manager, you agree to this privacy policy and consent to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data to make Channel Pro Manager or the Service available to you in accordance with this policy.

We collect, store, use, and disclose Personal Data in accordance with all applicable laws relating to the protection of Personal Data, including the EU Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, the EU ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, as amended or superseded from time to time, and any national implementing legislation (“Data Protection Laws”).

For the purposes of Data Protection Laws, in relation to any Personal Data you submit to our service, you are the “Data Controller” and we are a “Data Processor” of that Personal Data, as defined by the GDPR here.

  • Any other data that consumers or end users have provided to the Customer and that is processed through the Services, the extent of which is determined and controlled by the Customer or consumer or end user in their sole discretion.
  • Details of transactions you make through the Website.
  • Details of your visits to our Website, including location and traffic data, weblogs, resources you access, and other communication data.

You will submit and provide Client Data that may contain Personal Data and potentially Sensitive Personal Data of Users and third parties. “Sensitive Personal Data” as defined by the GDPR here.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to transfer such Personal Data, including Sensitive Personal Data where applicable, to us for the purpose of receiving the Service. You are solely responsible for obtaining all required consents, authorisations, and permissions from Users and third parties and for providing all required notifications to them, where applicable, so that you may provide this information to us and grant us the rights set out in this privacy policy and the EULA. You are responsible for ensuring that Users and third parties know and accept this policy and that you have obtained their explicit and informed consent to our processing of Sensitive Personal Data in accordance with this policy and the EULA. You may not provide Client Data or other information containing Personal Data of Users or third parties unless and until you have obtained all necessary consents, authorisations, and permissions.

2. Use of Cookies

Circumstances may arise when we may need to gather information about your computer to help provide appropriate services or products to you. The data gathered is solely statistical data, which may be shared with advertisers.

The facts collected about you are statistical only. No identifying information will be shared about our visitors and how they made use of our site. No personal details will ever be shared.

Cookies are used to collect general online usage by using a cookie file. If used, this cookie file is downloaded without prompting. It is placed on your hard drive with information transferred to the hard drive, allowing the cookies to be used for data collection. 2.2 Google Adwords

We use Google Adwords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site, for example using the contact form to make an inquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Channel Pro Manager website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

You can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Preferences page, and if you want to you can opt out of interest-based advertising entirely by cookie settings or permanently using a browser plugin.

2.3 Facebook

3. Storing Your Personal Data

3.1. Outside of the European Economic Area are places for storing and processing data we collect from you. We may take advantage of these outside areas, allowing a staff to process data collected from you. These processors may work for our suppliers. The transfer of this data may include processing and completing your order on our site, such as utilizing your payment information or offering support services. We take all reasonable processes to ensure your data is secure and in agreement with our Privacy Policy as outlined here.

3.2. Secured servers are used by our company to ensure proper data storage. Information on transactions is kept encrypted for safety measures.

3.3. Transmission of data on the internet can never be ultimately secure. We do not and cannot guarantee the security of information collected electronically or transmitted; however, we take all necessary steps to provide the best security available. As a result of our inability to guarantee safety, you are submitting information to us at your own risk. Where needed a password may be necessary to access areas of our site. You are responsible for the safety and confidentiality of the password you generate.

4. Protecting Your Personal Data

We will take reasonable steps to maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Personal Data you provide to us against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to your Personal Data. All your and your customers’ Personally Identifiable Information (PII) are stored and processed according to our Data Protection Policy (“DPP”).

Information stored and collected about you allows us to improve our services or products for you. Added to this parameter, we may use your information for the following purposes:

5.1. Any commitment we make on a contracted basis.

5.2. If the information is requested from our website concerning services or products offered, we may use your data. Products or services which may be of interest to you can also deem a communication from us if permission has been granted.

5.3. Notification re-changes or improvements may be sent to you in regards to product or service changes that could affect our service to you.

5.4. Existing customers can be contacted on the topic of goods or services related to a previous sale if we feel you might be interested in these additional topics.

5.5. Added use of your data may include permission for third parties to use your data. This permission would be granted by you in regards to unrelated products or services that may be in your interests. We or third parties can only contact you in regards to this information if consent has been provided for information collection.

5.6. Third party contact or communications from our website, as a new customer, is only made if you have granted us permission. These communications are only offered for the information you consented to and no other unrelated information.

5.7. Data that you do not want us to use or third parties to use can be withheld, once consent has been given regarding our collection of your data. We will always provide you with an opportunity to decline communications and our or third party data usage.

5.8. Identifiable data, which could be used to disclose who you are, is never shared. We only provide statistical related data about our visitors to third parties like advertisers to ensure your privacy.

6. Third-Party Integration Partners

We will never supply your Personal Data to third parties unless under the conditions stated beneath this section of our privacy policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that we may process, aggregate and anonymise your, and your Users, Personal Data (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, Sensitive Personal Data) and use and share such aggregated and anonymised Personal Data with third parties for statistical purposes and for the purpose of data analytics, product development, Service improvement, providing the service, and/or in order to fulfil the obligations we have in relation to any contracts we have in place with you (including, without limitation, the EULA). Such services are optional and by using the services you agree to these terms. This does not apply to any data obtained through the Amazon Selling Partner API, which is never aggregated, shared, or disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.

You have the right at any time to access, amend or delete any Personal Data we hold about you; to exercise your right to data portability; or to object to or restrict the processing of your Personal Data on certain grounds. You undertake to notify your Users of this privacy policy and of their rights under Data Protection Laws. We will provide you with reasonable assistance to enable you to comply with and respond to any request, query or complaint from a User concerning their Personal Data.

9. How Long We Keep Your Personal Data

We will keep your Personal Data for the duration of the Service and may retain it for a further 21 days after the end of the Service, to ensure a seamless return should you decide to restart the Service, in accordance with your instructions or for any period required by law.

Personally Identifiable Information of Customer consumers is automatically removed 30 days after order shipment.

10. Changes to Our Privacy Policy

If we change this policy, we will update this page to reflect the change. Where appropriate, we will notify you by email; however, we recommend that you review this page periodically to ensure that you remain happy with the latest version.

11. Amazon Selling Partner API Data

Where a customer connects an Amazon Seller Central account to Channel Pro Manager, we access data via the Amazon Selling Partner API solely on behalf of that customer and only for the internal business operations of that customer. We do not sell, rent, license, share, redistribute, aggregate, or otherwise provide access to Amazon data to any third party. We do not combine Amazon data from different customers. Personally Identifiable Information (PII) obtained from Amazon orders is retained only for as long as required to fulfil the order and meet legal and tax obligations, and is encrypted at rest and in transit. The data controller is Dynasun Italia Srl.
